Tomato Popcorn Seasoning
A concentrated tomato seasoning adds umami to popcorn in the same way cheese powder does.
But, it has a deeper flavour than cheese.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Red Gold Concentrate
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
salt to taste
Method
Mix the concentrate with spices and spread thinly on baking paper.
Dry until crumbly.
Grind lightly into flakes.
Sprinkle over warm popcorn with a little olive oil.
