Meatballs with Red Gold Concentrate

Ingredients:

500 g mince
125 ml oats
1 egg
15 ml Red Gold Concentrate
15 ml Mrs Balls Chutney
5 ml Coriander
O.5 ml nutmeg
5 ml salt
0.5 ml black pepper

Process:

Mix all ingredients together.
Form round meatballs and roll in bread crumbs.
Put meat balls on oven tray.
Add a dollop of butter on each meatball.
Pour 250 ml water in oven tray.
Bake at 10°C for 30 minutes.
